My role is as an advocate and Director of Public Relations, Community Outreach and Media for the Medicine Wheel Foundation.
Are there programs in your community that actively engage teens?
Sadly, no. But, through the activities of the Medicine Wheel Foundation, we hope to make a serious dent in teen suicide. For a great organization doing great work in this area, visit: www.niylp.org The National Indian Youth Leadership Project.

National Congress of the American Indian - What's in the Heart will be screened

Indian Country Child Trauma Center - Dee BigFoot, PhD

Dee BigFoot, PhD of the Indian Country Child Trauma Center invited myself and Mac Hall to the Department of Justice National Symposium on Child Protection in Indian Country held at Tamaya Resort at Santa Ana Pueblo.

The trailer for the film What's in the Heart was shown repeatedly to several people attending the conference.
